Sicilian Adventure
***Itinerary has some flexibility to include a visit to ‘your’ town/village!!!***
Day 1 – Upon arrival at Palermo airport meet driver for a private transfer to your hotel in the historic center.
Day 2 – Full day visit of Palermo and Monreale with local guide (Meals included: B)
Day 3 – We travel from Palermo to Catania visiting Cefalù enroute. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon visit of Catania with local guide. (Meals included: B/L)
Day 4 – Excursion on Mount Etna with naturalist guide. Light lunch and wine tasting at Etna winery. In the afternoon time at leisure in Taormina (Meals included: B/L)
Day 5 – Half day visit of Siracusa with local guide. Afternoon time at leisure in Siracusa. (Meals included: B)
Day 6 – Today we travel from Taormina to Agrigento visiting enroute the Roman Villa del Casale in Piazza Armerina with local guide. Lunch at local agriturismo. In the afternoon visit of the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento with local guide. (Meals included: B/L)
Day 7 – Departure from Agrigento and onward to visit Sciacca, Selinunte ruins and the Salt Route. Lunch at local restaurant. Overnight in Marsala. (Meals included: B/L)
Day 8 – Depart towards Erice, private visit of the Ruins of Erice with local guide. Continue to Carini, lunch at local seafood restaurant. Arrive in Palermo in the afternoon. (Meals included: B/L)
Day 9 – Departure transfer to Palermo airport
Includes: Overnight stays in hotel 4* or similar. Private first class vehicle and English speaking driver and guides. Entrance Fees at Museums and archaeological sites. Parking VAT and taxes currently in effect.
