The program below includes a medical campaign, but can be adjusted for your needs.
Check in at your home airport 3 hours prior to scheduled departure
Day 1 – Fri. Lv. US, Evening – AIRLINE
Day 2 – Arrive connecting city. Leave Connecting City AIRLINE. Arrive Kathmandu, Nepal, Evening.
Meet and transfer to EVEREST HOTEL or similar
Day 3 – Morning at leisure to adjust to time change. Afternoon city sightseeing. (B – D)
Day 4 – After breakfast, transfer to the airport for flight to Lukla (2,800 mts asl/9,200 ft asl). Upon arrival trek to Monjo (similar altitude), about 5 hours; overnight in Lodge. (B-L-D)
Day 5 – After breakfast trek to Namche Bazaar ( 3,400 mts/11,350 ft) lunch in local lodge; continue trek to Khumjung (3,800 mts/12,600ft) via Syangboche. About 6 hrs. Overnight in Khumjung at Lodge. (B-L-D)
Day 6 – Early morning, go to view point of EVEREST for photo session. Return to lodge for breakfast, afterwards trek to Lukla; about 8 hrs. Overnight in Lodge. (B-L-D)
Day 7 – After breakfast “walk” to airport for flight to Kathmandu. Meet and transfer to EVEREST HOTEL. Afternoon city sightseeing. Evening meet local people. (B-D)
Day 8 – Breakfast in the Hotel. Transfer for medical/social mission work. (B) Note: Accompanying members not doing dental/medical work, a local social mission work will be programmed.
Day 9 – Breakfast in the Hotel. Transfer for medical/social work. (B-D)
Day 10 – Breakfast in the Hotel. Transfer for medical/social work. Evening, farewell dinner with cultural program.
Day 11 – Day at leisure, optional local sightseeing until time for transfer to airport. Lv. Kathmandu AIRLINE
Day 12 – Arrive Connecting City. Leave Connecting City AIRLINE. Arrive US.

NOTE: Flight times from individual cities varies, we’ll advise individually. Some non-gateway cities may have a supplement to be advised at time of booking.
